Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
RETURN, CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICY
- Customers are allowed to cancel their order in store 24 hours before dispatch. However, a certain amount will be deducted as per the cancellation policy.
- In case of return due to a manufacturing defect or receipt of a damaged product, Tabeer Homes will replace the defective part or replace the entire product after evaluation within 4 working days. If a replacement is not available, the client will be given the option of a credit note or a full refund without any cancellation or shipping charges. However, for custom items, only repair, replacement, or a credit note will be issued.
- Items sold at a sale/promotion price are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases of manufacturing defects, the customer may receive a refund, replacement, or repair. Please note there are slight irregularies on all our products since it's the nature of handmade products. These are non-refundable in that case. Otherwise, only store credit may be provided, subject to approval by the management.
- At the time of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products. Once accepted by signing the delivery note, no returns due to any other reason will be accepted. For a refund, the product must be returned at the time of delivery itself, and the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on the respective bank’s policy. Tabeer Homes shall not be liable for any delays in refunds by the banks.
- Custom-made and pre-ordered items are not eligible for cancellation or returns after 24 hours.
- Customized and pre-ordered items cannot be refunded for change of mind or exchanged for any reason. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all custom-made orders meet their satisfaction, requirements, and specifications in every regard. In case the product is faulty, the customer is required to notify us at the time of delivery.
- Pre-orders are usually delivered within the period specified in the item’s title. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping line route changes, or customs clearance delays. In such cases, the customer cannot claim compensation for the delay or request cancellation.
- For damaged or faulty products, customers must notify us at the time of delivery. Customers are given the option of replacement, repair, or a credit note. The credit note can only be used for products available at the warehouse.
