DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Policy

Tabeer Homes Furniture LLC “Tabeer Homes” seeks to attempt delivery of any product bought online over the website within the following guidelines: 

1.1. Upon placing the order online, the customer will receive an email or call from the team to schedule the delivery time and date. In case of any changes or to reschedule the delivery, customer is to inform 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery would then be scheduled to the next available slot.

1.2. After placing order, delivery will be made within maximum of 5 (five) working days.

1.3. Without prejudice to the above, customers acknowledge that delivery times could differ and become prolonged due to uncontrollable events or incidents. The customers shall be notified of any such delay and will be informed regarding the next available slot for delivery.

1.4. Customers shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate address details for delivery. Tabeer Homes shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of the ordered and purchased product, misplacement of the product or the incorrect delivery of the product if it is due to the fault of the customer or due to inaccurate or false information being provided by the customer.

1.5. Risk of loss and title for the products purchased online from Tabeer Homes shall be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery of the purchased product to the customer.

1.6. Customers are required to examine the product meticulously before signing the delivery order. 

1.7. Customers are deemed to have received the product(s), examined it/them, and acknowledge it is/they are free of any visible faults or undisclosed issues upon signing the delivery order at the delivery location. In the event the product is faulty, please immediately notify Tabeer Homes at [info@Tabeerhomes.com]. 

1.8 Customers are required to examine the product meticulously before signing the delivery note/order. By signing the delivery note/order, the customer accepts the products and confirms that the products meet the desired quality and specification.

1.9 Packing material of the items delivered must be maintained by the customer in case of any faulty product returns, in case the customer asks us to dispose of the original packing material the items will no longer be eligible for returns even if they are faulty.

 

2. Delivery Charges

2.1 The delivery charges applicable on the customers are as follows:

2.1. Delivery charges of furniture and decor items is depending on the size and weight of the product(s) and the shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

2.2 For shipping outside the UAE - Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

 

3. Delivery of Custom Products

3.1 For custom orders taken in store or online are usually delivered between 10 - 12 week timeframe. Upon receiving the funds, the order then goes into production. A further week may be required for custom clearance (this may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control) and final delivery. Please be aware of these timeframes when placing your order.

3.2 Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances and customers remain liable for the full payment of the goods ordered.

3.3 Customers are required to carefully see and be satisfied with their item/s and give an approval in store or via images sent to them before we send it for delivery. Upon delivery if customer is not satisfied with the piece(s), additional delivery charges will be applicable for return, restocking or repairs

3.4 Upon signing the delivery order, the product(s) is deemed to be received in perfect condition by the customer.
