Bone worked until the circle closes
Bone is taken down to short segments and carved before any of it goes into place, then gathered together until the disc is complete and worked level with hand tools. Warm cream runs through the face with occasional honey markings, and the join lines stay visible where one segment meets the next.

Forty-five centimetres from floor to top
The table measures 80 × 80 × 45 cm, a height that passes under the arm of most seating and a diameter that reaches into the middle of a Dubai or Abu Dhabi seating group. The gold metal holds the top at its outer edge, leaving the space beneath uncluttered.
