Refund policy
At Tabeer Homes, each piece is meticulously handcrafted and prepared with exceptional care. Due to the artisanal nature of our products and the logistics involved in shipping furniture, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed, except in the case of verified damage upon delivery.
As many of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or specially prepared for dispatch, returns for personal preference, incorrect measurements, or change of mind are not accepted.
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please provide:
• Clear photographs of the damage
• Images of the outer packaging
• Order details
Failure to report damage within 24 hours may result in the claim being declined.
3. Replacement Policy
Upon verification of damage, we will first assess whether a replacement can be arranged.
Where possible, a replacement of the damaged component or the full item will be organized at no additional cost to you.
Replacement is our primary resolution method.
4. Refunds (If Replacement Is Not Possible)
A refund will only be issued if:
• A replacement is not feasible, and
• The damage claim has been approved by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
For Buy now, pay later with Tabby / Tamara purchases, adjustments will be handled in accordance with Tabby / Tamara policies.
5. Handcrafted Variations
Each Tabeer Homes piece is handcrafted using natural materials such as bone and mother of pearl.
Slight variations in pattern, tone, texture, or finish are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
6. Shipping Delays
While we work closely with trusted logistics partners, delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or third-party carriers are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
